1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChainEdge (chainedge.biz), including our website, dashboard, API, and signal delivery services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ChainEdge provides AI-generated algorithmic model outputs, market analysis, and trading signal publications for cryptocurrency and US equity markets. Our Service includes:

• Machine learning ensemble model predictions (BUY/SELL signals)
• Market regime detection and analysis
• Sentiment analysis aggregated from public data sources
• Daily market briefings and narrative analysis
• Signal delivery via email, Discord, Telegram, and web dashboard

3. NOT Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: ChainEdge does NOT provide personalized investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances.

All signals, analysis, and content published by ChainEdge are algorithmic model outputs generated by machine learning systems for informational and educational purposes only. ChainEdge operates as a publisher of impersonal research under the publisher's exclusion of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

ChainEdge is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner. We do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Returns

Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. Trading cryptocurrencies and stocks involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Our backtested and historical performance metrics are based on simulated trading with historical data and may not reflect actual trading results.

Factors that may cause actual results to differ from backtested results include but are not limited to: market liquidity, slippage, exchange fees, regulatory changes, black swan events, and model degradation.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
• You will conduct your own due diligence before acting on any signal
• You will not invest more than you can afford to lose
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Service
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You understand that cryptocurrency and stock markets are volatile and unpredictable

6. Subscription Terms

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until your paid period expires.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAINEDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ChainEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or missed opportunities, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, models, methodologies, algorithms, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of ChainEdge and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading decisions.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share signals with non-subscribers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms or models
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or mirror the Service
• Use the Service to operate a competing signal service
• Misrepresent our signals as your own analysis
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChainEdge, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

11. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases.

15. Force Majeure

ChainEdge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: exchange outages, API failures, internet disruptions, data provider outages, regulatory actions, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or market halts.
